Shift Supervisors fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a lifeguard as well as serve as shift leader in the pool manager’s absence. Shift Supervisors should monitor employee performance and ensure all operational requirements are being met by the team. Must be at least 16 years old and pass a skills test to be considered.
