Pool Manager

Pool Managers fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a lifeguard or pool attendant (dependent upon which is staffed at the facility) and provide the appropriate oversight and leadership to ensure AMS & client expectations are met. Managers are responsible for supervising and providing ongoing facility training for employees, effectively communicating facility and staff needs with AMS leadership, ensuring pool chemistry remains within optimal range, verifying pool equipment is in good condition, and confirming appropriate documentation and daily reports are completed. Must be at least 16 years old and pass a skills test to be considered.
